3Perfumeers Return Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1.

These return conditions apply to customers who purchase products through the 3Perfumeers online store (www.3perfumeers.com) (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").

1.2.

Returns and exchanges of products shall be carried out in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection legislation and these conditions.

2. Right of Withdrawal and Return of Non-Defective Products

2.1.

A Buyer who has purchased a product remotely (through the online store) has the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days after receiving the product by notifying the Seller.

2.2.

The withdrawal period shall begin on the day the Buyer, or a third party designated by the Buyer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the product.

2.3.

To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller of their intention to return the product by email at purchasing@3perfumeers.com, clearly indicating the order number and the products they wish to return.

2.4.

The Seller may request that the Buyer provide a photograph of the product before shipment in order to expedite processing, verify the condition of the packaging, and confirm the integrity of the warranty seal.

2.5.

The Buyer must send the product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which they communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract.

3. Conditions for Returning Non-Defective Products

3.1.

Products may only be returned if all of the following conditions are met:

3.1.1.

They are unused and in the same condition in which they were received.

3.1.2.

They retain their original packaging in good condition.

3.1.3.

The fragrance warranty seal remains intact.

3.1.4.

They show no signs of damage, alteration, or tampering.

3.2.

The Buyer is responsible for packaging the product adequately to prevent damage during return transit.

3.3.

The Buyer is responsible for any depreciation in the value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. If the returned product shows signs of use, activation, spraying, alteration of the liquid level, or is missing any of its original components, a depreciation of up to 100% of the commercial value of the product may be applied. The Seller reserves the right to deny a refund where the product has completely lost its suitability for resale as a new item.

3.4.

The Seller may reject any return or refund if, following a technical inspection at our warehouse, it is determined that the fragrance has been activated, partially consumed, chemically altered, or returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold as a new product.

4. Products That Cannot Be Returned

4.1.

For reasons of hygiene, health protection, and product preservation, returns of non-defective products will not be accepted when:

4.1.1.

The warranty seal has been removed, broken, or damaged after delivery.

4.1.2.

The fragrance has been opened, used, or shows evident signs of use.

4.1.3.

The product has been personalized or manufactured according to the customer's specifications.

4.2.

Due to the nature of car fragrances and in order to guarantee the chemical safety, quality, authenticity, and integrity of the product, any unit whose cap, security seal, or contents have been opened, activated, consumed, or otherwise tampered with after delivery may not be returned or refunded, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors attributable to the Seller.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

5.1.

If the Buyer receives a defective product, a product damaged during transport, or a product different from the one ordered, they must contact the Seller as soon as reasonably possible by email at purchasing@3perfumeers.com.

5.2.

The communication should include:

• Order number;

• Description of the issue;

• Photographs or videos of the product and packaging, where possible.

5.3.

After evaluating the issue, the Seller will offer one of the following remedies in accordance with applicable legal guarantees:

• Replacement with an identical product in perfect condition;

• Exchange for another product;

• Full refund.

5.4.

The return cost conditions applicable to non-defective products shall not apply where the product received presents manufacturing defects, transport damage, or where the wrong item was delivered.

5.5.

Once the existence of the defect, damage, or error has been confirmed, the Seller shall bear all return costs and, as appropriate, provide:

• Free replacement of the product;

• Exchange for another product;

• Full reimbursement of the amount paid, including the original shipping costs paid by the Buyer.

6. Return Procedure and Costs

6.1.

Upon receiving the return notification, the Seller will provide the Buyer with the return address in Romania and the necessary instructions for shipping the product.

6.2.

In the case of returns of non-defective products, the Buyer shall bear all direct return shipping costs.

6.3.

The Buyer shall be solely responsible for arranging the return shipment, selecting the courier service, and ensuring that the product reaches the address provided by the Seller in appropriate condition.

6.4.

The Buyer must retain proof of shipment and the tracking number for the return. The Seller shall not be responsible for losses, delays, or damage occurring during return transit when the shipment has been arranged directly by the Buyer.

6.5.

Returns sent freight collect or cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted.

7. Refunds

7.1.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the Seller will notify the Buyer of the outcome of the technical inspection.

7.2.

Returned products will normally be inspected within three (3) business days of physical receipt.

7.3.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise expressly agreed.

7.4.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which the Buyer informed the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract. However, the Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the Buyer provides satisfactory proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

7.5.

The refund will include the full price of the product and the original shipping costs corresponding to the standard delivery method offered by the Seller. If the Buyer expressly selected an expedited or special delivery method, the additional cost arising from that choice will not be refunded.

7.6.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the Buyer's account will depend on the bank or payment service provider used.

8. Right of Withdrawal for European Union Consumers

8.1.

If the order is shipped to a country within the European Union, the Buyer has the legal right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product.

8.2.

To qualify for a full refund under the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in a condition suitable for resale, retaining, where applicable, its original packaging and all protective and security elements intact.

8.3.

Car fragrances whose security seal, cap, or contents have been removed, opened, activated, consumed, altered, or damaged after delivery are excluded from return once opened or used.

10. Governing Law

10.1.

These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to the Buyer under the laws of their country of residence within the European Union.
